A four-night writing retreat at a zen farm

Join me at serene Green Gulch Farm for a four-day writing retreat.

We'll stay in the beautiful Lindisfarne Guest House, built in the Japanese tradition, entirely without nails.

Each room has a bed, a desk, and either a balcony or small patio. There is a half bath for every two rooms, and one shower room for the 12-room guest house.

There is also a small kitchen with a fridge exclusively for our use.

Only a 15 minute drive from downtown Mill Valley, Green Gulch Farm is the perfect retreat. Quiet, with limited wifi and no cell service, it's one of my favorite places to get away and write.

Plus the grounds are spectacular, with hidden gardens and shady nooks for meditating, or just thinking about that tricky plot problem.

We'll also have use of the lovely Wheelwright Center for our meditations and craft talks, as well as for our one-page salon.

After dinner, we'll gather for a one-page salon (you are welcome to bring wine). This will  be a wonderful opportunity to share what you've been working on all day...to nothing but riotous applause (because we could all use a little more applause in our lives).

Because this retreat is likely to sell out early, spots will be held only after payment of the full fee. Refunds will be given (less handling charge) only in the event your place can resold.

A note about health & safety

Current guidelines for Green Gulch Farm require proof of vaccination and a negative Covid test taken no more than 48 hours before arrival (home test is fine).

As we will be our own cohort, masks will be optional inside the guest house and outdoors on the grounds.
